Returns
Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we only accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:

Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective product.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Glowrior.com will provide instructions and, where applicable, cover the return shipping cost.
For returns requested for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing or fulfillment.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@glowrior.com. Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible, you may return it according to this policy and place a new order for the desired product.
