Shipping Destinations
We currently offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or destinations outside the United States.
Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully authorized.

During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping & Delivery
After your order has been processed, it will be shipped using one of our trusted shipping partners.
Estimated Transit Time: 5–10 business days
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7–15 business days (processing + shipping)
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs inspections, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become available after the shipping carrier has received your package.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Glowrior.com is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@glowrior.com. We will do our best to update your order before it enters fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.
If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend that you:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
